Congratulations to the Grand opening of the Korean Digital Resource Center at the University of Dar es salaam. A great job is done by E3empower Africa staff in cooperation with KOIKA Tanzania who created a section for Korean Studies on Rachel – digital library and provided the Hands-on training to interested professors and students! Yes, it will increase the understanding of both cultures and a step closer to collaborations in many fields.
